Prov is hiring an IT Support Specialist to deliver day-to-day technical assistance to employees across the organization. You will be the first contact for hardware, software, accounts, and tech issues, helping maintain a secure and reliable technology environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, IT support entry level.
• 1+ year of technical support experience or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize requests and work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support by phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, printers, and IT issues.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers and peripherals.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, email, Teams/Slack, and business apps.
• Create and update IT tickets and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to IT team or vendors.
