Job summary

AD Mortgage LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Junior IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team in Michigan. You will provide reliable day-to-day technical support to staff while developing skills to grow into more advanced IT roles.

Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding user accounts, supporting Microsoft 365 apps, deploying workstations, and assisting with basic security tasks like MFA. Strong communication to assist non-technical users is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Clear communication skills and ability to support non-technical users professionally.
• High school diploma required; additional IT training, coursework, or a related degree preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or similar entry-level IT certification preferred.
