Job summary
Harbor Industries is seeking an Enterprise Admin I to deliver first-line technical support to users and assist with installing and maintaining critical systems. You will work under the CTO’s direction, prioritize tasks in the IT queue, and ensure adherence to departmental policies.
The role involves hands-on workstation setup, ERP and software support, vendor coordination, and occasional travel to Harbor sites.
Qualifications
- Provide first level IT support to users and diagnose issues.
- Familiarity with ERP applications and related software.
- Experience with email systems and standard office tools.
- Willingness to travel for, approx. 2x per year.
Responsibilities
- Setup and support of workstations, laptops, networking hardware, phones, printers, and AV equipment.
- Installation and support of business applications (CAD, ERP, design software).
- Tier I ERP application support (IFS).
- Coordinate with vendors to repair/replace equipment.
- Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
- Handle email/phone requests from end users and respond promptly.
- Travel to Harbor locations approximately twice per year.
