Job summary

Harbor IT is seeking a skilled Internal IT Support Technician II to support our workforce across multiple locations. You will onboard and offboard employees, deploy and manage laptops, and ensure secure configurations using Microsoft Intune and 365 services.

The role covers Tier 2 hardware/software support, endpoint health monitoring, and security/compliance tasks across Windows and macOS environments, with collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, service desk, or endpoint administration.
• Strong experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and related services.

Responsibilities

• Onboard/offboard employees: deploy laptops, manage devices, create accounts, and document processes.
• Administer Windows, macOS, and mobile devices via Microsoft Intune; perform migrations.
• Provide Tier 2 support for hardware, software, OS, and networking issues across Windows/macOS.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, compliance, app deployments, and user access in Microsoft 365 and other platforms.
• Utilize RMM/remote tools to diagnose and resolve end-user issues; escalate when needed.
