AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Junior IT Engineer to support day-to-day IT and SaaS infrastructure. The role involves configuring Okta integrations, administering Google Workspace and Slack, and managing endpoints across macOS and Windows with Intune and Kandji/Iru.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience supporting SaaS platforms.
Authorized to work in the US w/o visa sponsorship.
Familiarity with public cloud concepts and cloud-native technologies.
Exposure to DevOps/SRE principles and basic IaC concepts.
Strong communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow with senior engineers.

Responsibilities

Assist in configuring and maintaining Okta integrations and profile masters.
Support administration of Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and GitHub to enhance employee experience.
Manage endpoints across macOS and Windows using Intune and Kandji/Iru.
Serve as a reliable support and escalation point for end-user IT issues.
Learn basic IT automations using Okta Workflows and Jira Automation.
Collaborate with senior engineers to evaluate technical requirements and implement IT solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across teams.
Maintain and update IT configuration documentation.
