Job summary
AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Junior IT Engineer to support day-to-day IT and SaaS infrastructure. You will configure Okta integrations, administer Google Workspace and Slack, and manage endpoints across macOS and Windows with Intune and Kandji.

Qualifications
- 2+ years hands-on experience supporting or managing SaaS platforms in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with public cloud concepts and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong communication and ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
- Willingness to learn IT automation alongside senior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Assist configuring and maintaining Okta integrations and profile masters.
- Support admin of Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and GitHub to enhance employee experience.
- Help manage endpoints on macOS and Windows using Intune and Kandji (Iru).
- Serve as a reliable first-line support and escalation point for end-user issues.
- Learn basic IT automations using Okta Workflows and Jira Automation.
- Collaborate with senior staff to assess requirements and implement IT solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across teams.
- Maintain documentation for IT configurations, processes, and improvements.
