AgileEngine is seeking a Junior IT Engineer to support day-to-day IT and SaaS infrastructure operations. You will configure Okta integrations, administer Google Workspace and Slack, and manage endpoints across macOS and Windows. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn IT automation alongside senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US; visa sponsorship not available.
• 2+ years of hands-on SaaS platform experience in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with public cloud concepts and cloud-native technologies.
• Exposure to DevOps/SRE, IaC concepts, or workflow integrations.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Okta integrations, Sandboxes, and profile masters across the organization.
• Administer internal productivity and workplace SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, GitHub) to enhance employee experience.
• Manage endpoints across macOS and Windows using Kandji/Iru and Intune.
• Provide end-user support and escalation for technical issues.
• Learn and help implement basic IT automations using Okta Workflows and Jira Automation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to evaluate requirements and implement sustainable IT solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across teams.
• Maintain and update documentation for IT configurations and processes and system improvements.
