Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on SaaS support in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with cloud concepts and cloud-native technologies.
• Exposure to DevOps/SRE and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
• Interest in automating repetitive IT tasks using workflow tools.
• Strong problem-solving and reliable task execution.

Responsibilities

• Configure Okta integrations and manage profile masters.
• Administer Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and GitHub.
• Manage endpoints on macOS and Windows using Kandji (Iru) and Intune.
• Provide end-user support and escalation for IT issues.
• Implement basic IT automations with Okta Workflows and Jira Automation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT efficiency across teams.
• Maintain IT configuration and process documentation.
