Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 2+ years hands-on experience supporting SaaS platforms in a corporate environment.
• Basic familiarity with public cloud concepts and cloud-native technologies.
• Exposure to DevOps/SRE principles and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
• Interest in IT automation and building technical skills with senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and maintaining Okta integrations, Sandboxes, and profile masters.
• Support administration of Google Workspace, Slack, and GitHub to improve employee experience.
• Help manage endpoints across macOS and Windows using Intune and Kandji.
• Provide reliable end-user support and escalation for technical issues.
• Learn and implement basic IT automations with Okta Workflows and Jira Automation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to assess requirements and design IT solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across teams.
• Maintain and update IT configuration and process documentation.
