Job summary

Alice and Olivia in New York is seeking an Entry-Level Helpdesk Technician to keep our tech environment running smoothly. You will provide first-level support to employees and store staff, log incidents, and assist with setup of computers, printers, and mobile devices.

You’ll gain hands-on IT experience, work with Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, and collaborate with IT and business teams to uphold support standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in desktop support or similar.
• Certifications not required but a plus.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Strong interest in IT and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and retail staff for basic IT issues.
• Log and manage incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior support team members.
• Assist with setup and installation of computer systems, networking equipment, printers, and mobile devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting for IT assets.
• Support Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Assist with password resets and user account management in Active Directory.
• Help maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
• Assist with documentation of common technical issues and solutions.
• Provide support for new Retail Store setups, relocations, and minor technical updates.
• Work with business and IT teams to align with support standards.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, including user account setup and management.
