Job summary

ALICE + OLIVIA is looking for an Entry-Level Helpdesk Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our technical environment. You will gain valuable experience while supporting employees and retail teams with basic IT issues.

You will assist with setup, password resets, AD management, and Microsoft 365 administration, while helping maintain assets and documentation. This role offers growth in a dynamic retail tech environment in New York.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in desktop or technical support.
• Certifications not required but a plus.
• Basic knowledge of hardware and software.
• Strong customer focus and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and retail staff.
• Log and manage incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior support team.
• Assist with setup and installation of computers, networking gear, printers, and mobiles.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of IT assets.
• Support Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Assist with password resets and AD user management.
• Maintain IT asset inventory.
