Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide desktop support for in-house, contract, and remote staff. The role involves troubleshooting, documenting procedures, and assisting with ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting desktop hardware and software.
• Loading workstations for new hires and office setup.
• Creating end-user guides for hardware/software platforms.
• Assisting with internal IT ticketing system and ticket resolution.
• Collaborating with firm members to resolve technical inquiries.
• Assist with troubleshooting across the Firm footprint: phone, remote, onsite support.
• Document procedures and best practices when necessary.
