Dash0 is seeking a Junior IT Administrator to own the full device and access lifecycle—from provisioning new laptops to offboarding employees. You will enforce endpoint security, maintain audit-ready records, and collaborate with the security and People Ops teams to scale our SaaS stack.

We value ownership, detail-oriented process work, and clear communication across time zones. This is a foundational role with real scope in a fast-growing OpenTelemetry-native observability startup.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or a technical helpdesk role.
• Hands-on comfort with device management tools and the Google Workspace admin console.
• Working understanding of endpoint security concepts (disk encryption, activation lock, device compliance).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track serial numbers, licenses, and access logs.
• Clear written English and coordination across time zones with staff and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Provision and de-provision accounts for new hires and departures to keep onboarding/offboarding repeatable.
• Manage the full device lifecycle: hardware ordering, MDM enrollment, logistics, maintenance, recycling.
• Enforce endpoint security policies and keep standards current with Head of Security coordination.
• Maintain audit-ready access records and resolve discrepancies in licenses and access logs.
• Execute end-to-end offboarding by revoking access and coordinating hardware return.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and hardware insurance.
• Support employees across time zones with prompt IT issue resolution.
