Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Обеспечивать provisioning и de-provisioning учётных записей пользователей для новых сотрудников и ухода.
• Осуществлять полный цикл управления устройствами: заказ, enrollment, логистика, обслуживание, переработка.
• Контролировать безопасность конечных точек: шифрование, Activation Lock, соответствие политик.
• Вести аудированные записи доступа, сверять серийные номера, лицензии и логи.
• Выполнять offboarding: отзыв доступа и возврат оборудования.
• Управлять отношениями с поставщиками и контрактами на IT-услуги и страхование оборудования.
• Помогать сотрудникам в разных часовых поясах.

Задачи

• Provision and de-provision accounts across the SaaS stack for every new hire and departure
• Manage the full device lifecycle, including hardware ordering, MDM enrollment, international logistics, maintenance, and responsible recycling
• Enforce endpoint security policies, including disk encryption, activation lock, and device compliance checks, coordinating with the Head of Security
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready access records and resolve discrepancies in serial numbers, license counts, and access logs
• Execute end-to-end offboarding by revoking access across systems and coordinating hardware retrieval
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and hardware insurance, including invoice auditing and service forecasting
• Support employees across time zones with IT issues, hardware needs, and access requests

Требования

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or a technical helpdesk role
• Experience owning processes end-to-end, ideally at a startup or scaleup
• Hands-on familiarity with device management tools, Google Workspace admin console, and user management
• Understanding of endpoint security concepts, including disk encryption, activation lock, and device compliance policies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Clear written communication in English and ability to coordinate across time zones
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tickets and threads
