Job summary

Dash0 is building an OpenTelemetry-native observability platform and seeks a Staff Accountant to own day-to-day accounting operations. You will lead month-end close, manage accounts payable, and ensure tax compliance for a fast-growing SaaS business.

The role offers remote-first flexibility with offices in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich, plus competitive compensation and equity. You will work cross-functionally to streamline processes and support audits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and accrual close cycle.
• Hands-on experience owning AP and reconciliations.
• Comfort with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Able to work with large data exports in Excel or Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own Month-End Close & General Ledger processes.
• Manage AP cycle: vendor onboarding, invoicing, approvals and payments.
• Support US sales tax compliance and annual filings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Marketing, Engineering, HR and Operations.
