Zusammenfassung

CannonDesign is seeking a driven engineering professional to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will work under a licensed engineer on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design for educational, healthcare, corporate, and science/tech projects.

Responsibilities include preparing load calculations, energy models, and BIM coordination in Revit, with supervision. ABET-accredited degree, EIT/LEED a plus, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering required by hire date.
• ABET-accredited program preferred.
• EIT or LEED accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of heat transfer, solar energy and advanced fluid dynamics for HVAC design.
• Related internship experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with uncomplicated HVAC design for building projects under supervision.
• Prepare building load calculations and energy models with supervisory direction.
• Assist BIM modeling of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems in Revit.
• Coordinate with specifications as part of the design team.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance.
• Conduct site visits to verify conditions and observe progress.
