Job summary

SBM Management Services, Ltd. seeks a Junior HR Systems Analyst to support daily administration, maintenance, and integrity of employee data within Workday and other HR systems.

You will partner with HR stakeholders to ensure accurate transactions and high-quality workforce data, while supporting reporting and analytics across the organization. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of HR or HR systems experience, with strong Excel skills and solid analytical,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, information systems or data analytics preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, HR systems, or data analytics.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM or other HRIS preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and validate information for employee transactions.
• Process and maintain employee data within Workday HCM, ensuring timely, accurate transactions.
• Run queries, audit records, troubleshoot data issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain data integrity across Workday and integrated systems.
• Support ad hoc data requests, reports, and analyses for HR leadership.
