Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HRIS Analyst to maintain and audit HR data, support Workday enhancements, and create reports that drive HR decisions. In this role you will partner with HR teams to improve data quality, system configurations, and user support, ensuring accurate, timely information.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HRIS or HR systems experience; Workday experience is strongly preferred; and you bring solid Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
