Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group, Inc. is seeking a Jr HRIS Analyst to support the Workday HRIS and maintain data integrity across HR systems. This full-time role is remote and reports to the HR Department.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HRIS experience, including 1 year with Workday, and demonstrates strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and MS Office. Project management experience is preferred to help drive system implementations and audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years as a functional HRIS analyst with a strong analytical approach.
  • At least 1 year of experience with the Workday platform.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Supporting the maintenance of the Workday HR management system, the full-time Jr HRIS Analyst will serve as a technical contact within the HR Department, ensuring data integrity, conducting audits, and assisting with system implementations, all while working remotely.
