Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3‑5 years of HR Operations experience
• Experience working within Workday
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Comfort and ability to work effectively in both independent and team‑based scenarios
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to manage and work with confidential information
