Job summary

Epic is seeking a Compensation and Stock Programs Manager to join our Madison campus. The role collaborates with leaders across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs, and to optimize international programs as Epic recruits nationally with relocation support.

The position supports staff worldwide, analyzes country-specific considerations, and partners with executives to implement creative solutions aligned with Epic's compensation strategy, while relocation to the Madison area

Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Eligibility to relocate to Madison, WI area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
• Manage and optimize international compensation programs.
• Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
• Manage compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
