Greystar is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager to oversee the financial and operational aspects of a 373-unit rental community. You will handle rent collection, bank deposits, and reconcile accounts using Yardi or OneSite, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong communication. You’ll work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends, support leasing activities, and help drive resident satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Completes daily transactions by collecting/posting rent, deposits and reconciliations; prepares financial reports and invoices.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) and ensures data integrity.
• Reviews resident files to determine unpaid fees; communicates with residents and enforces collections.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices for payment; coordinates with accounting and owners.
• Manages move-outs, deposits, and lease terminations in line with procedures.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and professionally.
