Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager to support the community's financial and operational functions. You will be handling rent collection, deposits, reporting, and ensuring accurate postings in Yardi/OneSite/Entrata.

This role requires attention to detail and strong communication with residents and management. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years of property management experience, with knowledge of lease terms and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily financial operations: collect rent, post payments, prepare bank deposits, reconcile accounts, and generate reports.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) accurately and back up data regularly.
• Review resident files for delinquencies, communicate balances, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices, code charges, obtain approvals, and coordinate with vendors and owners.
