Job summary

Quality Collision Group is seeking a Collision Estimator / Service Advisor to evaluate vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and guide customers through the collision repair process from intake to delivery.

You will work with insurance carriers, technicians, parts, and leadership to develop repair plans, manage supplements, and keep customers informed, balancing accuracy, service, and shop efficiency.

Qualifications

• Collision or Automotive Industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service, sales, oral communication, and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple active repairs.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare complete collision repair estimates.
• Document damage, labor operations, parts, photos, and repair procedures for insurer and company.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair scope, timeline, updates, and delivery.
• Work with insurance carriers on claims, approvals, supplements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with blueprint, production, parts, and technicians to support an accurate repair plan.
• Review supplements and update estimates as additional damage is discovered.
• Reconcile repair orders and prepare final invoices matching estimates.
• Maintain organized documentation and provide high level customer service throughout repair.
