Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in IT with a focus on cloud operations and support.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-focused support abilities.
• Knowledge of Linux distributions (RedHat/CentOS).
• Familiarity with DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/Nexus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer issues with technical support excellence.
