Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Jr. Client Manager to drive revenue growth and client success within an assigned portfolio. You will manage relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and uncover opportunities to expand engagement with Intelligize solutions.

You will collaborate across sales, product, and support to deliver value, ensure satisfied customers, and mentor junior team members as needed. This is a dynamic, customer-focused role in a US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing large key accounts in a professional role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior account management staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet targets and grow opportunities.
• Build enduring client relationships through regular communication and effective account management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to spot risks and opportunities.
