Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of civil-site experience to support complete design work.You will work under supervision on projects, perform field data collection, and help draft plans, details, and specifications while applying relevant standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Front-line civil-site design experience; 1–3 years preferred.
• Familiar with industry standards (ASCE, ACI, AASHTO, AREMA, NRCS, NFPA).

Responsibilities

• Perform low to medium complexity design calculations and tasks.
• Provide design assistance on larger projects and develop layouts.
• Assist with drafting plans and construction details.
• Conduct fieldwork to support data collection and tie-ins.
• Develop construction specifications and quality standards.
• Support land development and zoning research for civil-site work.
• Collaborate with lead engineer on scope changes and reviews.
