Job summary

Toppan Digital Language is seeking a motivated junior sales professional to join our US team, reporting to the Senior Business Development Director. You will be essential in identifying new business opportunities, supporting online campaigns, generating leads, and coordinating with Account Management and Client Solutions teams to secure client success.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 1+ year sales or related experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years sales experience in sales, customer service, or related role.
• Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• Knowledge of CRM preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with a flexible, consultative, and personal approach.
• Eager to learn and win new Sales in the Translation industry.
• Interest or experience in the localization industry.
• Other languages would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by identifying and researching potential new business opportunities.
• Assist with online campaigns and participate in networking and industry events.
• Help generate leads to promote Toppan Digital Language’s services.
• Learn about our solutions and communicate their benefits to potential clients.
• Support the team in the preparation and evaluation of RFPs as needed.
• Assist in managing client communications and help coordinate with Account Management and Client Solutions teams.
• Help maintain accurate records of key client/prospect communications and pipeline opportunities in the Toppan Digital Language CRM software, HubSpot.
• Provide excellent customer support, helping to manage client expectations.
