Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years BDR/SDR experience; not required
• Strong written communication skills for concise, personalized outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Apollo, Clay, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Interest or exposure to manufacturing, mechanical engineering or hardware
• Persistence, resilience, and comfort in an ambiguous early-stage environment
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Build and research target account lists across machine shops, manufacturers, and hardware companies
• Write and send personalized outbound emails to generate introductory conversations
• Qualify early conversations and coordinate handoffs to product and engineering teams for demos
• Meet with the product team to stay current on features and refine outreach messaging
• Maintain accurate CRM records and test messaging to learn what earns responses
