• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional communication for emails, meetings, recaps, agendas, and updates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools, with willingness to learn CRM, Power BI, MPower, Smartsheet, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry-level support across members, projects, and priorities as directed.
• Collaborate with Senior Account Manager/Associate Director/Director to identify savings, contract compliance, and value creation opportunities.
• Utilize internal tools and reporting platforms to gather information, analyze trends, and support decision-making.
• Maintain project organization and visibility, documenting timelines, ownership, milestones, and follow-up items.
• Prepare agendas, recaps, action-item trackers, and materials for recurring calls and meetings.
• Develop business review materials by compiling data, updates, and value-driven insights for member visits and reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate updates and ensure resources for priority support.
• Monitor tasks and follow-up to ensure timely execution and proactive communication.
• Develop knowledge of Foodbuy Hospitality programs, supplier relationships, and account management practices.
• Provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to strengthen team performance.
• Travel up to 20% as needed for meetings, reviews, and engagements.
