Zusammenfassung

Foodbuy is seeking a capable Account Manager to drive day-to-day communications, program penetration, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth within assigned accounts. You will support vendor setup for new openings, manage BuySmart issues, and act as a field support contact for purchasing questions.

With 5+ years in account management or customer success, you will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, travel up to 30%, and help sustain strong relationships across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years' experience in account management or customer success
• Effective written & verbal communication skills
• Project Management skills / experience
• Ability to build effective long-term interpersonal relationships proactively across functions both within the organization and external parties
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPivot, Word & PowerPoint required.
• Up to 30% Travel Annually

Aufgaben

• Vendor setup and new-opening support, including processing requests in MyAdmin and coordinating with vendors.
• Manage BuySmart issues and coordinate resolution with Category and Distribution Teams.
• Serve as field support contact for purchasing questions and route specialized requests as needed.
• Coordinate regular meetings with distribution partners and act as Emergency Response liaison.
