Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Customer Account Associate to support the Account Director/Senior Manager and CAMs, ensuring alignment and smooth systems operations. This role drives efficiencies for the Neighborhood Grocers Team and the account group.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or 1–2 years of relevant work), strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and solid communication skills. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SharePoint and other collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support to help achieve annual sales targets and drive profitable sales.
• Organize and lead team meetings to drive efficiencies.
• Manage customer forms and ensure accurate information.
• Assist with item setup and data entry in forms and systems.
• Track new items, promotions, and other ad hoc tracking activities.
• Coordinate and assist with strategy for large-scale meetings and planning sessions.
