Divisions Maintenance Group in Cincinnati is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the facility management sector. You will undergo comprehensive training and manage client relationships, from initial contact to ongoing account success.

You’ll learn our operations and CRM-driven sales processes, build strong relationships, and contribute to hitting monthly and quarterly targets while delivering value and peace of mind to customers.

Qualifications

• 0-6 years’ experience in inside sales, account management or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in facility maintenance or B2B/B2C sales is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM tools preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Participate in structured training on sales techniques, operations, and client management.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations highlighting ROI.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline using Salesforce.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand client needs and tailor facility management solutions.
• Support team in hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with teams to allocate resources and optimize service delivery.
• Provide regular updates on sales metrics and forecasts.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries.
