You will upsell services, build long-term client relationships, coordinate responses with operations, and ensure satisfaction while meeting revenue targets. This role requires 0-2 years inside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in inside sales or operations.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM software.
• Strong communication and cold-calling abilities.
• Ability to navigate client organizations to reach decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate and increase sales by upselling current services and prospecting for new opportunities.
• Manage, grow, and own an existing book of business.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
