Divisions Maintenance Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in our facility management sector. You will undergo comprehensive training to learn our operations, product, and sales processes before handling your own book of business.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, building long-term client relationships, and managing a Salesforce-based pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualificações

• 0-6 years' experience in inside sales, account management or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in facility maintenance sales or operations is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and public speaking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured training on sales techniques, operations, product knowledge, and client relationship management.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations highlighting ROI.
• Learn and maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to execution and contract structuring.
