Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a PC Technician to support end users across multiple DoD components, handling a range of IT tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, hardware/software configuration, and data migration, with a focus on maintaining secure, efficient desktop and mobile environments. The candidate must have DoDD 8570 IAT II certification and a TS/SCI clearance or be eligible.

Qualifications

• DoDD 8570 01-M IAT II certification is required
• At least 1 year of experience as PC Tech or Help Desk
• DoD security clearance at TS/SCI level is required

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Respond to requests for technical support
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals
• Install and configure software and OS upgrades
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and network connectivity
• Perform data migration and hardware standardization
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Maintain software inventory and licensing
• May perform other duties as needed
