Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years as a PC technician or Tier 1/2 helpdesk, or 6+ years without a degree.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ is required.
• TS/SCI clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day support for End User Devices with local or remote access.
• Provide troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct application and data migration.
• Troubleshoot and repair software and network connectivity issues.
• Build, configure, and test IT equipment per standards.
• Plan, engineer, coordinate, install, or manage equipment installations.
• Recommend upgrades and replacements per policies.
• Interface with customers to provide training and resolve issues.
