Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a PC Technician to support end users and missions by maintaining Windows PC systems and hardware.

You will handle day-to-day support for End User Devices and VDI clients, troubleshoot software and network issues, and assist with data migrations while collaborating with multiple teams. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD certifications are required or achievable; many growth opportunities exist within the firm.

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification (e.g. Security+)
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years as a PC technician, or 6+ years without a degree
Ability to obtain DoD 8140 Intermediate Certification Work Role Code 411 by Oct 1, 2026

Responsibilities

Manage and provide day-to-day support for End User Devices with local or remote access
Provide troubleshooting and resolve technical issues
Conduct application and data migration
Troubleshoot and repair software and network connectivity issues
Build, configure, and test IT equipment per standard configurations and images
Plan, engineer, coordinate, install, or manage equipment installations
Recommend upgrades following policies and procedures
Integrate, test, and verify remote access hardware and software
Interface with customers to provide training and resolve service issues
Coordinate with Enterprise CSD, Helpdesk, OEMS, Network, Server, Architecture, or Engineering teams
Use Remedy to receive, document, and close tickets
Use tools like SCCM, McAfee, InTune, Forescout, Tivoli, or Hypori to resolve issues
Provide telephony services including VoIP configuration and feature management
Manage and support VDI clients and integrate with USSOCOM’s VDI image
