Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Associate degree in an IT-related field or four years of professional experience.
• Current certification meeting DCWF Client Systems Technician (411) basic proficiency requirements.
• Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols.
• Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of basic physical computer components and IT architecture.
• Knowledge of IT system operation, maintenance, and security.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting system hardware and software.
• Knowledge of configuring and validating network workstations.
• Knowledge of documenting and querying reported incidents.
• Understanding interoperability of Army and Joint Mission Command systems.
• Experience providing IT support in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
