We are seeking a Journeyman PC Technician to support USSOCOM operations in Colorado Springs, CO. This position requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance and an active Security+ certification.

You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading PC systems and network hardware/software to ensure mission readiness for U.S. Special Operations Command systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve PC and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software and connectivity problems; escalate as needed.
• Support OS/application installs and data migrations.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to maintain system performance and security.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen with active Top Secret/SCI clearance (eligible for additional caveats).
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field + 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting military or federal IT environments.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Note: If you do not have a Bachelor degree but worked in MOS 25 then you are match.
