Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Sales Representative for Joint Replacement in the New Haven area. You will promote orthopedic products, build customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the OR to drive revenue growth.

The role requires a track record of sales success, clinical insight, and strong communication. On-call duties, travel, and 100% commission with bonuses/benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in healthcare sales.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Knowledge of medical devices and OR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts delivering excellent service.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet targets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Demonstrate products in OR and office settings to show value.
• Provide product knowledge and training to surgeons, nurses and staff.
• Maintain sample inventory and comply with AdvaMed principles.
• Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences; on-call duties as needed.
