Job summary

Stryker in New York is seeking an Associate Sales Representative (Joint Replacement). You will work with a sales team, cover cases, evaluate products in OR and office settings, and support sales reps to exceed targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office, assist with business development, track territory progress, educate medical staff, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or medical certification with related experience
• Military service 4+ years is acceptable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required
• Experience in medical products or B2B sales is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team in promoting and selling Stryker products
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings
• Support territory development and track progress
• Educate medical staff and solve product problems onsite
• Provide exceptional service to customers and maintain relationships
• Manage sample inventory and time-sensitive tasks
• Learn selling processes through coaching from Sales Reps and Managers
• Be on call during evenings, weekends, and holidays as territory needs dictate
• Complete required trainings and certifications to stay product-ready
