Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative for Joint Replacement to strategically promote and sell orthopedic joint replacement products. You will drive revenue growth, build trusted customer relationships, and support OR teams in procedures.

You will manage existing accounts, qualify new opportunities, and lead product demonstrations while maintaining compliance. This full-time role requires 70% travel and offers bonuses plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 4 years’ experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering excellent service and building trusted partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges.
• Confidently conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products.
• Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to surgeons, nurses and OR staff.
• Meticulously manage and maintain sample inventory of products and adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility.
• Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.
• On-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by territory needs, to address urgent technical needs and ensure continuous customer support.
