Stryker Corporation in Portland, OR seeks a results-driven Joint Replacement Sales Representative to build relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals and to drive territory growth.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, demonstrate products, and provide training to clinicians while maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance. This role offers strong commission potential and bonus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategy and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with office technologies.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in operating room environments, and able to attend meetings outside normal hours.
• Adherence to compliance standards (AdvaMed) and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Sell Stryker Joint Replacement products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase results.
