Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for Joint Replacement in Eugene, OR. This field-based position supports sales by performing product evaluations in ORs and offices and assisting Sales Representatives to exceed targets.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with key stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service, and completing required trainings to maintain product knowledge. Travel is anticipated up to 50% throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or medical certification with 2+ years related experience or High School Diploma with 4+ years related experience
• Demonstrated team leadership and exposure to sales environments or internships from collegiate activities

Responsabilités

• Assist confident, competitive and results oriented salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products
• Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings
• Assist with business development activities, track territory progress and communicate with Sales Representatives
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff
• Provide exceptional service to customers
• Maintain sample inventory with strong time management
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders
• Learn or hone selling skills and process through coaching from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers
• On-call duties including evenings, weekends, and holidays as territory needs dictate
• Complete trainings and certifications to maintain product expertise and readiness
