Job summary

Gordian is seeking an Account Manager in Baton Rouge, LA to support clients with Job Order Contracting (JOC) procurement and training on Gordian software. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• 5+ years of construction project management or related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial public construction operations, pricing and contracting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; team-oriented.
• Must be located in the Baton Rouge area and able to travel 50-70%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules of detailed activities to achieve procurement objectives.
• Implement project procedures from scope development to construction execution for JOC.
• Read and review construction plans and prepare price proposals.
• Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
