You will schedule service and installation appointments, dispatch technicians strategically, and keep customers informed with clear expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Job coordinating or dispatching experience a plus.
• ServiceTitan experience a plus, but not required.
• Strong organization and prioritization under pressure.
• Clear, confident communication with customers and the team, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling service and installation appointments for our customers.
• Dispatching technicians strategically, routing by location and skillset for maximum efficiency.
• Keeping customers informed and setting clear expectations before the tech arrives.
• Staying in contact with field managers and the Customer Experience Manager on job details and customer needs.
• Tracking department metrics and owning the results, the wins and the misses.
• Being your technicians' biggest cheerleader and encouraging a growth mindset across the team.

We're hiring a Job Coordinator to be the link between our customers and our technicians, making sure the right tech gets to the right home at the right time.

• Comfortable enforcing policies and holding technicians accountable to our core values
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
• Must pass a background screening
