Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience (required)
• 1+ year of ServiceTitan experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• Reliable commute to West Chester, PA 19382 (required)
• Available to work Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM with Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner
• Assist with scheduling and dispatching service calls efficiently
• Monitor and organize the dispatch board
• Review, resolve, and close service tickets
• Pre-call customers and coordinate service requests
• Address any open or incomplete tickets from the previous day
• Report field-related issues to the Service Manager
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Follow company communication procedures and policies
• Provide exceptional customer service and go the extra mile to engage clients
