Job summary

Signature Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a full-time Home Service Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will manage incoming calls, schedule and dispatch service visits, and maintain the dispatch board to ensure efficient routing and customer satisfaction.

Qualified applicants have at least 2 years of dispatching experience, familiarity with ServiceTitan, and strong communication skills. The role requires reliability to West Chester, PA and a Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM schedule with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• 1+ year of ServiceTitan experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Reliable commute to West Chester, PA 19382.
• Available to work Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM with Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Assist with scheduling and dispatching service calls efficiently.
• Monitor and organize the dispatch board.
• Review, resolve, and close service tickets.
• Pre-call customers and coordinate service requests.
• Address any open or incomplete tickets from the previous day.
• Report field-related issues to the Service Manager.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Follow company communication procedures and policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and go the extra mile to engage clients.
