Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field.
• MBA or PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of five years of project management and/or business capture experience.
• Familiarity with US Government contracting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong executive presence with proactive mindset.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Prior U.S. military retiree or dependent required.
• Japanese language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all capture functions for assigned opportunities and oversee the overall win.
• Develop and maintain capture plans, schedules, and action items.
• Form and lead cross-functional capture teams and oversee gate reviews.
• Analyze customer, market, and competitive intelligence to inform capture strategies.
• Develop differentiated win themes and customer-focused value propositions.
• Build relationships with customers, government stakeholders, and partners.
• Lead solution development with BD, operations, pricing, and finance teams.
• Support staffing strategies for pursuing opportunities.
• Develop pricing strategies and ensure compliant proposals.
• Lead customer engagement and targeted marketing to strengthen positioning.
• Manage proposal preparation activities and review management.
• Coordinate Blue Team reviews and address actions.
• Perform other BD and corporate growth activities.
